The Public Meeting phase provides an opportunity to learn more about the EIS, ask questions, and provide formal comments. Information about the Public Meetings will be provided following publication of the Draft EIS expected in Winter 2026-27. A minimum 30-day public review and comment period will occur to gather input on the analysis and findings presented in the Draft EIS.
